Message: 40 West was very professional and rendered services in a timely manner. Their facilities are easy to access and customer service was superb. From towing, diagnosis of problems, quote and repairs the experience was gratifying and as said before very professional. Repairs took but a day to complete and was able to pick up the next day. Message: I came to my car after work at like 4 pm and it had a flat tire. Was on the phone with insurance for over an hour while they told me they couldn’t find anyone to come help me since I was in a parking garage so I started calling local places. 40wesr quoted me 30 minutes but the nicest guy was there in like 15 or less and had my tire changed and all the other tires filled with air in 7 minutes. I’ll call them whenever I’m in trouble now. 11/10 would recommend.

Message: I have used 40 West twice for the towing and repair of my “Historic” convertible since April 2022. The most was last week. You might say why are you keeping this car? Well it was our retirement gift to each other as we moved to Florida. 40 West is really the best in the Frederick area. Excellent service and fair pricing makes them an exceptional value. Message: Butch bailed us out of a major screw-up caused by a different AAA mobile repair company. He diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately, then provided the tow we needed professionally and efficiently. When I asked him if there was anything else he needed from me before the tow, he said "just have a good day" because he could see how stressed out I was. We've always requested 40 West for any roadside repair and will continue to do so!

Message: My parents had used them for 20+ years before they retired and moved out of state. I always remembered going there as a little kid and listening to the mechanic always working. Fast forward to now: my car’s windshield washer fluid machine died and I had to take it to get replaced. It was the day before thanksgiving. Eric, who is the head mechanic took time and went to check to see what the problem was. I also asked him about a tune up, which he did as well. The mechanics took my car in the shop and immediately started working on the car as soon as Eric gave me an estimate. I got to talk to Earle, who’s the owner. He’s awesome and the sweetest guy you’ll ever meet. Debbie who is the front desk manager has been there a long time and knows exactly what she’s doing! They’re all so professional and very caring to what you need. 40 West also doesn’t try to make up things wrong with the car just to get your money. It is money well spent and those mechanics who are doing work will make sure that they do quality work. I have transferred my husband to 40 West as well. Make sure if your choosing a mechanic, you choose an honest and hardworking and reliable group like 40 west!

Message: Rob was amazing! When AAA left me stranded at night for 4 hours on the interstate because they couldn't find anyone willing to tow me, Rob was my shining hero. AAA told me I had to find my own tow(?! ?! ), Rob agreed to drive a significant number of miles, after he had already been working 14 hours on his day off, because he "just didn't feel right" leaving my son and me stranded on the side of the road. A big shout out to his wife, who supported him in his decision to help us, and to his friend Scott, who allowed him to sleep on his couch, after he dropped us off at 1 am. A truly wonderful team of individuals and a testament of the caring nature and integrity of the individuals that work for this organization. Thank you for getting us home safely,. Wendy.
