Message: Recently my older Subaru would not start and was towed into J&M. Once delivered, J&M quickly inspected and test drove the car over two days but could not recreate the issue everything seemed to be working. The J&M team was sympathetic to the frustration of not being able to determine the cause of the problem. They advised that nothing seems to be out of place or broken and to simply reach back out to them if the problem arose again. I was able to pick my car up after hours and at no cost! They could have easily offered "up selling services or maintenance " but choose to stick to the facts and initial problem.. What a great team J&M has, they answered the phone every time I called. They gave straight forward and clear answers to all of my questions. I know I will be using them in the future and recommending them whenever I can.

Message: I have been using them since 02 and haven't found a more honest mechanic shop yet. They have always been upfront with me and never tried to push work that didn't need to be done like some other places. They are a small outfit with a down home feel and worth the wait to get work done.
